Enabling children to flourish and succeed

Year Three

Classes

Meet the staff

My name is Mrs Bigg and I teach in Year 3. My favourite subjects are History and Literacy. I love seeing the children's reaction to History investigations and reading, they are so imaginative! Out of school I like to go for long walks with my friends and family, bake and you may find me teaching swimming.
My name is Miss Southin and I am a teacher in year 3. I am currently in my fourth year of teaching but this is my first year at Christ Church and St Peter's so I am extremely excited to get to know everyone. In my spare time, I have recently got into running and I love to go for long runs, especially at the weekends. I also really enjoy going to the cinema or grabbing a coffee with my friends.

Hi, I'm Mrs Solanki and I teach in Year 3. I am very family orientated so I love to spend time with them, especially my niece and nephew! I enjoy going shopping, eating out, travelling and socialising with friends.

I'm Mrs Bollard. I am a teaching assistant across Years 3 & 4. I enjoy taking my dog for a walk and baking. I also like crafting, I particularly enjoy sewing.
Miss Walters - Key Worker

Children should bring PE kit in a separate, named, P.E. bag to get changed into during the day. P.E. kit should be brought into school on a Monday and taken home again on a Friday. Please provide shorts and T-shirt as well as joggers and a hoody or sweat-shirt for cold weather, as well as trainers.

Please ensure that children’s P.E. kit is school appropriate (e.g. no crop tops, inappropriate slogans etc) and that earrings are taken out on P.E. days – if you are unable to take the earrings out, please provide tape for your child’s ears.

We are also learning our Rolling Number songs to help with our times tables facts.
