Meet the Staff

Hi. I am Mrs Handisides and I teach in Year 4. I am also the Team Leader of Years 3 and 4 and the Pupil Premium lead in school. Something I really enjoy doing is going on holiday with my family, especially to hot countries where I can read books in the sunshine. Something else I love to do is shop for new handbags. I have way too many of them, much to the annoyance of Mr Handisides.

My name is Mrs Bigg and I teach in Year 4. My favourite subjects are History and Literacy. I love seeing the children's reaction to History investigations and reading, they are so imaginative! Out of school I like to go for long walks with my friends and family, bake and you may find me teaching swimming.

I'm Mrs Bollard. I am a teaching assistant across Years 3 and 4. I enjoy taking my dog for a walk and baking. I also like crafting, I particularly enjoy sewing.
Hello, I'm Mrs Hopewell. I am a teaching assistant across Years 3 and 4. I enjoy exploring new cities and being outdoors - especially in my garden or taking walks along the river.
Hi! I'm Mrs Ford. I am part of the Inclusion Team working between Years 1-4. My favourite things to do are gardening and being out in the fresh air walking my dogs.

Children should bring PE kit in a separate, named, P.E. bag to get changed into during the day. P.E. kit should be brought into school on a Monday and taken home again on a Friday. Please provide shorts and T-shirt as well as joggers and a hoody or sweat-shirt for cold weather, as well as trainers. Please ensure that children’s P.E. kit is school appropriate (e.g. no crop tops, inappropriate slogans etc) and that earrings are taken out on P.E. days – if you are unable to take the earrings out, please provide tape for your child’s ears.
