Mr Furlong - SEMH Lead Teacher I am passionate about getting outside to learn and play. In my personal life, I love to be outside and active as much as possible: mountain hiking, countryside walking and football playing. I bring this into school where being outside is important for all of our health and well-being. It is important to me to tailor learning and development to suit the individual needs of the children in the Nest. I am proud of our nurturing and flexible approach in the Nest. I understand that we don't all learn in the same way. |

Mrs Harrison - Learning Mentor
Before working in the Nest, I worked with the ambulance service which taught me the skills to stay calm, caring and adaptable – skills that I bring into the Nest. As a parent with a child with SEMH needs, I understand how important patience, trust and strong relationships are. In my spare time I like to bake and love going on adventures with my family. |

Mr Betts - Learning Mentor
I am dedicated to supporting the children in their learning and growth here in the Nest. Helping them find their strengths and feel safe to explore new things matters a lot to me. Outside of school, I’m a keen cook, always looking to try new recipes from different cultures. I enjoy spending time with my family. I also have a passion for the humanities subjects and reading which keeps my curiosity busy. |
