FIRST TIME ADMISSIONS
The closing date for primary school applications is 15 January 2026. You can still apply online after that date, but results won't be made available on offer day - which is the 16th April 2026.
- Parents apply using the Leicestershire County Council Admissions (LA) online service, to be completed by mid January.
- LA will send the school the ‘on time’ applications list by mid February.
- LA will re-sort the applications according to preference. Final offers will be sent out to parents mid April.
- Our school will be sent (from LA) an ‘unsuccessful’ applicants list.
- The school will keep a ranked waiting list using the criteria not the date of the application.
MID-TERM ADMISSIONS
If you are thinking of moving your child(ren) to our school, in the first instance, please contact the school to arrange a visit via 0116 2302800 or email office@ccsp.risemat.co.uk to enquire if we have places available in the relevant year group (s). We will offer you a tour of the school with a representative from our leadership team.

You will be notified of the admission decision within 10-school days. If applicable, you will also be notified of the appeal procedure.
