This is a very different, difficult and challenging time for children, so looking after their emotional health and wellbeing is incredibly important.

We have developed a ‘Looking after yourself’ kit to help with this, which is filled with ideas, techniques and things to do whilst at home.

From advice about staying healthy during lockdown to handling the emotions linked with not being able to see friends and family, ways of releasing worries they may have and ideas for staying connected plus so much more, this is a fun kit for the whole family to work through together.
